Our Mission:

Marketplace Thereby Ensuring the Long Term Success of Both of Our Organizations.
Founders and the Team:
Founded in May of 1995 by Ted Bowers, President, Formerly a Sales Engineer with
Teradyne and Fairchild/Schlumberger and prior to that served as a Manufacturing and
Test Engineer with Motorola. A Graduate of the University of Illinois, B.S. Electronics
Engineering and Minor in Mechanical Engineering.
Mike Moore is a Co-Founder and Vice President of Engineering with extensive
experience as a Senior Applications Engineer with Teradyne. A Graduate of the Texas
A & M University, B.S. Electronics Engineering.
Our team has significant experience in In-Circuit and Functional test programming and
fixture design and manufacture with over 35 years of electronics manufacturing
experience.
New Developments:
In 2005 we established our own Test Fixture design and build capability. In
September of 2008 we had announced to a selected customer base our new very cost
effective, and "Environmentally Friendly" Modular Fixturing System.
Our Future Direction:
Invest in our company and employees and develop products which help our
customers achieve their test and manufacturing goals at the best price to performance
ratio.

Teradyne, Inc. A leading designer and manufacturer of state of the art Automated Test
Equipment (A.T.E.) Systems for PC Board and Component Test.
Sun-Up Software. The company that developed PCB ViewStation which is used to
create the Smart Image repair software image of the PCB under test.
